Sephora Holiday Shopping Event Haul 2016 | The Skincare, Home, Bath and Body

save-new-31save-new-30

This year I notice my skin is getting more dry than usual, so I decided to explore and experiment with body creams out there. I’m actually very very excited about all the skincare and bath products I got, which I usually am not. Below I’m gonna go through all the items I purchased, some I have not had the time to fully try them out yet, so like the makeup haul, I will pop in some first impression of them!

  1. Josie Maran Whipped Argan Oil 7 Piece Body Butter Collection
Anything in a jar usually turns me off, for sanitary reason and my own laziness. But I really wanted something thick and heavy as a winter moisturizer so I decided to give this set a try. You get 7 different scents to try which is a great way to explore a brand that’s new to you. So far I really like the body butter from how it applies to how it leaves my skin. I apply it on my body (specifically legs which gets the most dry) after I shower and it keeps my skin very hydrated and moisturized throughout the night. It is very smooth and not tacky when applying, which was my biggest fear when it comes to heavy moisturizers.
  2. Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Body Boom
The Bum Bum Cream has been all over the internet, I’m curious about the hype and want to know if it’ll actually tighten up my skin. During my quest of searching for some moisturizer to test out I saw the set which is only 10 dollars more than the full size Bum Bum Cream and comes with a full size body wash, so I got suckered into getting the set. I have yet to try out the moisturizer yet because I wanted to give the Josie Maran Body Butter a fair try before switching, so TBD on how it works (the packaging though is so so adorable).
  3. Ouai Clean Shampoo and Repair Conditioner
Reading the review online for Ouai I was really skeptical on the smell, because a lot of people said it smells like old lady (but what does that even mean?). I decided to give it a try anyway because there are also a lot of great review and I have yet to find a shampoo and conditioner set that I really love. Upon first try I actually really like the smell, it’s very subtle but comforting, it doesn’t make me nauseous or overwhelm me. I went with the Clean Shampoo and Repair Conditioner combination because I really want something that will give my scalp a good clean, but also want to avoid having it strip away all the shine or dry out my hair. So far I would say I enjoy using them, will need a longer testing period to see if it’s a repurchase worthy product.
  4. Moroccanoil Fleur de Rose Shampoo and Conditioner
I had a sample of this shampoo and conditioner and liked it upon initial use, but after a while, the scent got a little overwhelming. I got them during the sale because I wanted to give it another try, but when I opened the packaging without ripping off the seal of the shampoo, I knew the smell would be too much for me. It’s a beautiful rose scent, which might be beautiful for a candle, but as a shampoo and conditioner it was just a little too much. They went back to the store the next day…
  5. Nest Holiday Ornament Scented Candle
If you want your home to smell like Christmas, these are not only delicious smelling but the packaging is also very festive. They would be great for decorating your home for the holiday or as gifts to loved ones.
  6. Belif Don’t Be Flaky Gift Set
I’m a big fan of the Belif True Cream Moisturizing Bomb and have been wanting to try their Moisturizing & Firming Eye Cream because HeyClaire raves about it all the time. I’ve been hesitant to purchase the full size eye cream because I’m pretty forgetful when it comes to applying it… So this set was perfect for me! I have yet to open the Hungarian Water Essence and I honestly have no idea what it really is, so will have to give that a test run before I report back.

Sephora Holiday Shopping Event Haul 2016 – The Makeup

November to me officially marks the beginning of the holiday season. All the holiday commercials are rolling out, decorations around the stores and shopping malls are going up, and the holiday gift sets of course are always something I’m excited to see.

For this haul I’m dividing up the makup and skin/bath and body portion so hopefully the post is not too wordy. Though I just received these products not that long ago so it will be hard to give a full review, I want to run through the list and my first impression of them!

  1. Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Eye Shadow Palette
I’m extremely happy that I decided to get this palette! The colors are very different than what I usually wear but they’re all very wearable. I’m able to create looks that are very neutral but also can put out some super dramatic looks, which I lack in my collection. The formula is amazing and I really enjoy playing around with it so far.
  2. Viseart Blush Palette in Plum/Bronze
Pretty much all my blushes are very summer-y, so when I saw the  colors in this palette I couldn’t wait to try it out. I think the colors are perfect for the fall and winter, and the bronze will be great for the days you just want a little more definition on your face but don’t want to contour. But do keep in mind that they’re extremely pigmented, so use a very light hand when applying (especially the blush).
  3. Anastasia Beverly Hills Master Palette by Mario (an honorable mention)
I purchased this before the sale, but want to mention this in case you see one in store. This palette is one of the most gorgeous palette I’ve seen. Yes it’s another neutral palette, but I just couldn’t resist. The colors are so beautiful and the formula is so buttery, though I would be careful with the fallout. If you happen to come across this palette, BUY IT! It’s truly amazing.
  4. Tom Ford Ultra-Rich Lip Color in Revolve Around Me
This is my first ever Tom Ford lipstick! I’ve been wanting to try one but they don’t carry Tom Ford in the Nordstrom near me and I simply can’t justify buying a $53 lipstick… So when I saw Sephora started carrying some of their makeup items, I knew this would be my chance to try. The packaging is beautiful as you would expect, and I’m a little afraid to try the lipstick because I feel like I’m going to ruin the embossed logo, haha. I really do love the color from looking at it in the bullet tho, and can’t wait to try it out.
  5. Besame Cosmetics Classic Color Lipstick in Red Velvet
Red lips is something I love when I see it on others but never had the courage to try. When I discover this brand, I was very intrigued by their “classic reds” statement and the interesting shape of their lipstick. I got the Red Velvet which is slightly deeper red and not as orange or bright as a true red, but I think it suites my skin tone better.
  6. Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Uptight
Another neutral lipstick, because a girl simply can’t have enough neutrals. I tried this color in store a while back and have been waiting for the sale to get it. I went with Uptight which is a Comfort Matte formula, a medium neutral color that is warm but not too brown. Sometimes I find a cool tone neutral can make me look a little dead so after many trial and error, I think I finally know what shades suites me best when it comes to neutral lipsticks.
  7. Buxom Lash Waterproof Mascara
Mascara is not something I get very excited about. I can never really tell the difference other than if it smudges on me or not. My eyelashes are not that impressive so even with a volumizing  mascara, you can’t really tell the difference from regular mascara. I was recommended this by my coworker so I thought why not? I plan on giving it a few try to see if it makes me feel “wow”.

Sephora Holiday Shopping Event 2016

sephora-vib-sale-2016

I’ve been on a beauty product hiatus lately, not being very interested in new beauty products, and not very motivated to try new things. But when the Sephora Holiday Shopping Event is right around the corner, it kind of force me to plan and think about the items I need to restock, and also list out some things I would like to try. Every year beauty lovers all over look forward to this event, because it’s simply an amazing deal and the perfect time for you to stock up on basics or try out luxury items at a great discount! This year is no different, and I’ve manage to pull myself back together and create a list of items I’m extremely interested in getting my hands on during the sale! Here are some of the items I’m eyeing, what are you planning on getting?

  1. Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Eye Shadow Palette
I’ve been eyeing this palette since it was released, the red tone in this palette is so different from anything I have. The colors are kind of intimidating, but after seeing a lot of tutorials online, they look so versatile! It is definitely one of those outside of my comfort zone product that I’m nervous but excited to try.
  2. Ouai Shampoo and Conditioner
Ouai has been one of the most talked about hair product this year, the baby of the hair genius Jen Atkin pretty much markets itself. I’m particular interested in the CLEAN shampoo to help tame the oily mess that’s on my head.
  3. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit – Surreal Light
Okay, so I don’t need anymore face palette… But just look at this packaging! I’ve never tried any of the Hourglass powders so this palette seems like a great way to try them out!
  4. Tom Ford Ultra-Rich Lip Color
I think this one is pretty self explanatory here. Owning a Tom Ford lipstick is every beauty lover’s dream, but the hefty $50 + price tag is not a easy pill to swallow. The Sephora sale is a great chance to get your hands on one at a discounted price since there are no brand restriction during this sale. If you’ve been wanting to get a Tom Ford lipstick but haven’t been able to justify it, this is your chance!
  5. Giorgio Armani Beauty Lip Magnet Liquid Lipstick
Another high end lip product that normally would be hard to justify buying… I personally have not tried this product yet but am definitely interested to see what all the hype is about.
  6. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer
One of the things I always have to purchase (multiple of) during the sale is my brow pencil. When Anastasia Beverly Hills came out with the Brow Definer earlier this year, I was unsure about it because I love the Brow Wiz so much I didn’t know how I would feel about the new shape of the Brow Definer. Turns out, it’s just as amazing (if not more amazing) than the Brow Wiz. I love the fact that I can be more careless with this one and not have to worry about the “lines” being too obvious.
  7. Benefit Cosmetics Goof Proof Brow Pencil Easy Shape & Fill
Speaking of brow products, one simply can’t ignore the huge range of brow products Benefit launched this year. Everything you could ever want for your brows, they’ve got it. I’m a fairly boring person when it comes to brows, I need my brow pencil, and my Glossier Boy Brow. So even though I already have a brand I like, I’m always open to trying out other ones on the market!
  8. Drybar Triple Sec 3-in-1
Dry shampoo is something I haven’t really been able to get on with. I just don’t seem to find them effective and it usually just makes me feel more greasy. I’ve heard a lot of good reviews of this one tho, so I’m tempted to give it a try.
  9. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion
One of my favorite things to play around with makeup wise is eyeshadow, and one simply can’t go without a good primer. I’ve been loyal to the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer since the very beginning, because I find it very effective and doesn’t give me a silicon-y feeling when applied.
  10. Urban Decay Naked3
Another out of the ordinary color palette for me. But since I’ve pretty much got my neutral palette covered, I thought it’s time to add in some fun colors. I’ve played around with this palette before at my friend’s place, and really like the look of the pinks on me which is unusual. Though I’m really interested in the palette, I have yet to be able to pull the trigger to purchase it, but I think the 20% off might just be the push I need to get it!
  11. Buxom True Nude Lip Foundation
I’m forever trying to find a good nude lipstick. I really like the coverage on this one and the color selection seems right up my alley.
  12. Kat Von D Tattoo Liner
An everyday stable in my makeup routine. Always good to have a few in stock in case you run out!
  13. Stella Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner
I still can’t decide if I like this one or the Kat Von D one more. I think they each have their time and place, so I like to have one of each in my collection so I can have my options depending on my mood that day.
  14. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer
A good face moisturizer is hard to come by. I’ve tried a few brands that are ok, but I’m not wow by. The only one that I absolutely love is the Sisley one my mom gave me, but that’s simply too expensive for me to repurchase whenever I run out… So I’m still on the lookout for a good alternative for the day I run out of my Sisley moisturizer.
  15. Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream
Another product that peaked my interest because of the name. The fact that it’s supposed to help firm up your skin just makes it even more intriguing.

Sephora love note haul 2016

I waited to write this post because I want to be able to give everything a try before writing my review. Though the Love Note sale is behind us, I hope this will still help you with your future purchases! Now lets go over the (long) list of things I got from the Love Note Sale!

  1. Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette – I have been using this palette none stop ever since it arrived in the mail. Although I have only tried a handful of contour items, I really love the creaminess, blend-ability and the longevity of the formula. I never thought having a multiple shades in a contour palette is important, but after realizing how drastic my skin tone changes season to season, I find the variety of shades offer so many options and allows me to use the palette year round.
  2. Too Faced Sweet Peach Eye Shadow Collection Palette – This peachy beauty is one of a kind, when I saw this I thought it would be the perfect start to help me stray away from only using neutral palettes. The peachy scent is also something worth noting, I don’t own any of the chocolate palette, so I can’t speak to the comparison between the two scents, but I must say that I really enjoy the whiff of peach every time I open this palette. I have already done a review of the palette last week in time for the supposedly Sephora in store release date in case anyone is interested in getting one. Give it a read if you want to know more about it!
  3. Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Honeycomb – I haven’t purchased a true “nude” lipstick in the longest time, probably because of the traumatizing experience of using a lipstick way too nude for me and then thought maybe nude is not my thing… But after seeing a lot of tutorials on YouTube with people using beautiful nude colors, I thought maybe I should give it another shot. When I tried this color on in store I immediately fell in love! It’s a beautiful nude with a little brown and honey that is a true nude on me. My go to has been those “dusty mauve” when I want to achieve a MLBB neutral lip, but I’m really loving this color and think it’ll be a good change of pace for me.
  4. Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray – Setting makeup is definitely a very important step in your makeup routing, but I’m the worst offender when it comes to doing so because usually by that time I’m either so tired of putting powder on my face or am already running late to wherever I needed to go. I like the simple step of just spraying it on your face instead of powder, it feels very refreshing and helps wake my skin up. I’m not sure about the lasting power or if it really helped my makeup looking fresh because at the end of the day I feel like my face looks a little shiny… It might take a few tries for me to figure out if this works for me.
  5. Benefit Cheekathon Blush & Bronzer Palette – This was one of the last minute items I added to my basket. I originally had Hoola in there ready to go, as that’s one of the items I’ve been wanting to try since last year, but when I saw this palette with 5 full size product and only costs $28 more than the individual Hoola, I caved and got this instead. I really love Hoola as it’s a more neutral/cool tone bronzer which is very different from the very warm tone one in my Urban Decay Naked Flush Palette, and it’s also more pigmented and completely matte unlike my NARS Laguna (my current go to). I also like the range of blushes in this palette, covering a pale pink (Dandelion) that’s great for adding a little flush to your face, a coral (CORALista) that’s perfect for the summer days, a shimmer pink (Rockateur) that can also be used as a highlighter, and a mauve-ish tone that is almost brown enough to be bronzer (Dallas). I think this is a great deal especially if you don’t own any of the Benefit Box o’ Powder like me.
  6. Too Faced Melted Chocolate in Chocolate Honey and Chocolate Milkshake – As I mentioned previously, I’m on a nude kick lately! When I swatch these in store I love how creamy and pigmented it is. One of the problems I run into when applying nude color lip products is the pigmentation of my lips, as they’re naturally darker and if a formula is not pigmented enough, it will not be able to cover up my natural lip color and creating a not so pretty look, so I love how these feel like gloss but is super pigmented and doesn’t dry my lips out. It’s definitely not as long lasting as liquid lipsticks but I prefer to have a more comfortable formula over something that will make me uncomfortable.
  7. Too Faced Teddy Bear Hair 5 Piece Brush Set – Let me just say that, although I’m not a pink person I can’t resist saying “aww” when I saw this set. Of course the brush handle color is not the main reason I purchased this set, it’s definitely a nice plus. I’ve been looking to beef up my brush collection but have been on the fence about getting more individual brushes because they’re pretty pricey. This set comes with 4 eye brushes and 1 face brush and all are brushes I will use. There’s a powder brush that is perfect for bronzer application, a contour eye brush that is angled which is unlike anything I own and works wonders when applying shadow on the crease, an all over shadow brush to pack on colors on the lid, a blender brush to help with blending color on the crease, and a liner brush for creating detail lines around the under eye area and is the one thing I’m lacking in my collection. They are all super soft and also the fact that it’s cruelty free is a big plus in my opinion!

Sephora VIB Holiday Shopping Event haul 2015 – The fun stuff

IMG_5070

When it comes to the Sephora VIB sale, there’s the practical order, and then there’s the fun order. I waited till the very last minute to place my “fun” order because I wanted to make sure I got everything I need first and see what I have left to spend on the fun stuff.

In my fun order, there are a few lip products, some adorably packaged face masks, and an eyeshadow palette that I’ve been dying to get my hands on. So in case you’re in the mood to do some Black Friday shopping or still need some ideas for Christmas presents, here’re some ideas!

Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita and Lolita II – I don’t own any liquid lipstick mainly because the ones I tried years ago left my lips super dry and I really hated it. But seeing this cute mini duo I couldn’t help but put it in my basket. I’m excited about the colors and staying power because I always ruin my lipstick less than an hour into work from snacking, and I’ve also heard a lot of good reviews about them so hopefully this will change my mind about liquid lipsticks.

Bite Beauty Bite Mix and Mingle in Latte and Cortado – I’ve heard a lot of good things about Bite Beauty but haven’t had a chance to try. When I saw this cutie pop up on different haul videos, I thought it was the perfect opportunity for me to test out the formula and colors (and this, ladies, is how they trick you into buying things you don’t need).

Urban Decay Matt Revolution Lipstick in 1993 – Ever since I saw this on Claire’s makeup tutorial, I knew I wanted to try it. The color is more on the darker, brown neutral side, which is perfect for my skin tone, especially in the colder months. I have not tried any Urban Decay lip products before so this will be a very exciting starter.

Too Cool For School Egg Cream Sheet Mask – To be honest, I’m a little afraid of this mask as it’s known to be slimy which is something I hate. But seeing so many good reviews and rave about it, I decided it’s worth a try and got a single use mask, because worse comes to worst I’ll just not purchase it again, right?

Tony Moly I’m Real Coconut Face Mask Sheet – Can you tell I’m having a moment for sheet masks? With all the Korean beauty/skin care products available on Sephora, it’s hard for anyone to not want to try it out. I love how cute the graphic on the packaging is, and I can’t wait to see what the hype is all about with Korean skin care.

Sephora Collection Eye Mask – Another much raved about item, this one is from Sephora’s own collection. I opt for the eye mask because recently I started noticing all the fine line and the more visible dark circle under my eyes, even though I apply eye cream nightly I think it’s time to give the surrounding eye area a little extra TLC.

Viseart Eyeshadow Palette in 01 Neutral Matte – Now this bad boy… The oh so expensive eyeshadow palette that costs you an arm and a leg. Honestly for the amount of product you get it really isn’t THAT expensive if you do the math, but when you first look at it, the price tag is definitely quite shocking. I’m pretty excited about the color range and how versatile this palette can be as many people state you can mix the color to create a contour shade, bronzer, and under eye color correcting shade.

Sephora VIB Holiday Shopping Event 2015 Wishlist

sephora vib holiday shopping event 15

The Sephora VIB Holiday Shopping Event is upon us! It’s definitely one of the most anticipated sales of the year, with all the holiday sets available and an amazing 20% off everything, it’s the perfect time to stock up on your daily needs and check off some items on your holiday gift list.

This year Sephora divided the event into 2 weekends, from 11/6-11/9 is reserved for those with VIB Rogue status, and from 11/13-11/16 for the VIBs. So while the VIB Rogues are shopping away, I researched and made a list of the new items I want to get next weekend. Instead of doing a general shopping guide, I thought it would be more fun and personal to share with you what’s on my wishlist and why, so lets get started!

  1. Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation
This has been on my want list since September! Ever since I got some sample to try for my friend’s wedding, I have my heart set on getting the full size during the VIB sale. Of all the foundation I’ve tried, this one has my favorite consistency and weight, I love how it’s so easy to apply and blend, at the same time it looks very natural. Even though it’s at a higher price point compare to other foundation, since I don’t use it everyday I’m hoping it’ll be able to last me a while.
  2. Urban Decay Brow Beater Microfine Brow Pencil and Brush
My girl crush Claire recently mentioned this in her favorites video, she has compare and said that this would be a good alternative/switch up for the Anastasia Brow Wiz (which I will also be restocking during the sale) and it definitely piqued my interest. I’m always open to trying new brow pencils since it’s the one thing I use every day, and I cannot wait to see how these compare.
  3. Laura Mercier Flawless Contouring Palette
This one is definitely the least practical splurge item on my wishlist, but I just couldn’t help it because it looks so beautiful. I love to play around with contour, though I usually don’t do that during the week because the extra 10 minutes in bed always sounds like a good idea. However, I’ve been doing it more and more on the weekend, and really love how it gives a subtle lift to your features. I’ve been using the Becca Lowlight/Highlight Perfecting Palette Pressed and I seriously love it, but I’m very interested in the idea of cream contour as most people say it looks a lot more natural.
  4. Verb Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner
I saw this product in one of Sephora’s marketing email a while ago, I don’t really have a particular reason why I picked these over the other hair products, but I just thought they look very interesting, the packaging is cute, and the price is very reasonable. I love trying out new hair products because I still have yet to find the absolutely perfect one for me.
  5. NARS Kabuki Ita Brush
Another product for contouring. I’ve been using my Real Technique brush when doing contouring which has been working fine for me and gives a really natural contouring, but I really want to try to achieve the more chiseled look and so far the Ita brush has the best review of its kind.
  6. Urban Decay Matt Revolution Lipstick in 1993
Yes, yes, I have more than enough of these dark neutral/nude lip color, but they look the best on me, and I just can’t get enough. Though I have some similar colors in my collection, I want to try out different brand and formula just to see what else is out there.
  7. Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer
I’ve tried a few primer samples but none really stick out to me, this is just one of the ones that looks interesting to me and I thought the name is pretty fun. Will report back how I feel about it if I end up getting it.
  8. WEN by Chaz Dean Cleansing Conditioner Sampler
Another Claire influenced want item. She swears by the Wen cleansing conditioner and seeing how awesome her hair looks always, I’ve been considering trying it out. I don’t know how I feel about not actually shampooing my hair, so have been hesitant on buying the full size. But with this little sampler pack I think it’ll be a great way for me to try it out.
  9. Yves Saint Laurent Black Oplum
I got a little sample size a while ago, and when I first smelled it, I didn’t think I would be very into this scent because it’s a little strong and sweet for me, but once I put it on and as the day goes by I find the scent more and more pleasant. I already have so many other perfumes, but am definitely tempted to get this one during the sale.
  10. Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick
A very highly coveted item that’s got great reviews from multiple bloggers. I’ve tried something similar to a liquid lipstick a few years ago, but hated how it made my lips feel so I’ve not used one since. But after seeing everyone rave about it, I think I should be more open to the idea of it. Hopefully the formula will not dry out my lips.
  11. Viseart Eyeshadow Palette
So… Let’s be honest, I don’t need another eyeshadow palette, but just look at this beauty! The one I’m most interested in is the Neutral Matte palette (of course), this will definitely be a splurge item and I’m still on the fence because of the super high price tag. I’m hoping to read more about it before next weekend, if you have one yourself please let me know what you think!

Restocking and a few new bits

The other day I realize that my Kat Von D Tattoo Liner was drying out, so I hopped on to Sephora immediately to restock my liner, and along the way I added a few extra bits in my shopping cart, of course. It’s been a while since I placed a Sephora order so it was quite exciting for me!

First lets start with the repurchase! I decided to switch things up a bit on the eyeliner front and ordered the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Mad Max Brown instead of what I currently have which is the Ink Black, because although I really love the black I also really want to try out their brown liquid liner just so I can compare. I also ordered the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Jet Black (I had the dark brown before, it has dried out) since I still need a black liner to replace my Kat Von D in Trooper. One simply cannot go without a black eyeliner in your stash. I did a little color swap there with the 2 liner and am excited to see how they perform! From my previous experience with them I can say that I like them both but I think the Kat Von D’s applicator stands out between the 2, will see if different colors will affect my view on it.

Then I got another Anastasia Brow Wiz in Dark Brown which I simply cannot go without and my current one is at the end of its life. I am interested in trying out the Taupe as I think the light, neutral color could work well and look very natural on me for days I want to look like I don’t have a lot of makeup. Adding that to my wishlist as we speak…

Now comes the fun new bits! I picked up the Too Faced Primed & Poreless Pressed Powder because I’ve been wanting to add a setting powder to my collection since I don’t have any, and because I want to do my own makeup for my friend’s wedding in September I needed something that will help make my makeup more long lasting. I really wanted something transparent that just sets and holds my makeup instead of a foundation powder with color, I’m really excited to try this and will report back on how it performs.

Last but definitely not least, I finally picked up the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Powder after hearing/seeing so much of it on Youtube and different blogs. The color looks beautiful in the pan and the texture is pretty smooth and buttery when I swatch it on my hand, but I’m slightly worried because when I swatch it on my hand the color did not show up as prominent as I was hoping, though I’m not surprised because standard bronzer/contour shades don’t really show up on me for some reason (I just got matched with the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in 7.5 for reference). Even though it didn’t show up well on my hand, I’ve seen a lot of tutorials online of people that I think have similar skin tone as me using it and it shows up fine on their face and looks super natural with not a lot of blending needed, so I’m hoping that with a nice foundation base on the face the color will catch and show up better. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will work for me!

Restocking and a few new bits
